Description:

The Concurrent Enrollment Tech Assistant will provide technical support for Interactive Video Conference (IVC) livestream courses. Applicants must be able to work from 7:45 am - 9:00 am Monday through Friday. This is a work study position.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and monitoring of IVC classroom cameras and microphones.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Experience with audio/visual equipment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Capacity to work in teams and interact professionally with a variety of stakeholders
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Demonstrated punctuality and reliability
